I paid over $33,000 for their recommended solution, which they claimed would stabilize the foundation, particularly at the rear of my home. Despite assurances, the foundation has continued to settle less than two years after the repair was completed. Structural cracks have reappeared in the same areas, and the issue has clearly not been resolved. I've reached out to Alpha multiple times to address the problem, only to be told that additional repairs will require more payment--even though they failed to get the job done properly the first time. There has been no meaningful accountability from Alpha Foundations for their incomplete work, and I am now facing additional financial and structural burdens. I expected a long-term solution for the significant amount I paid--not a temporary fix and a demand for more money when their initial assessment and repair fell short. I would caution anyone considering this company to get an independent structural engineer and carefully review the terms of any warranty. Crawl Space Moisture and mold remediation and protection repair…read more Chad and his crew at Foundation RESQ were amazing to work with. We have an old house here in Tallahassee. It needed a little love under the crawl space. We wanted to make sure we could have any mold cleaned and then have protection put in place afterwards. Chad came to our house and met with us. He personally went under our house, examined the condition of the crawl space. Then, he went over everything he recommended to remediate any concerns he identified. He was very thorough and made sure we fully understood his recommendations. He made sure we understood why it was important to take care of our home's crawl space. His knowledge of water intrusion elements, government regulations regarding water intrusion clean up was extensive. The ways he recommended we protect our crawl space were practical and made sense to us. We eventually had Chad and his team replace our old Vapor Barrier, remediate any mold areas and then seal the crawl space with an EPA breathable anti-microbial sealant for future protection. When it was time to perform the work, his team was always on time, they completed the work within the estimated schedule and they were neat and efficient with the clean-up.
