Best paired with balsamic from Modena (the good stuff mind you), it's creamy and brittle in all of the right places, with chunks of salt imbedded in its glory. They are also a deli so sell a lot of charcuteries and cheeses as well as other food items (tea, coffee, beverages, granola etc) The service was nice, friendly, mostly English speaking and fairly fast and they also have free wifi (however with mandatory facebook login) so a place I will visit again.
