The customer service is absolutely terrible with having to wait on elderly folk which is not usually an issue but is when it involves forgetting certain keys, mispricing items then haggling again, and plain rudeness when even asking to look at things acting as if it's an inconvenience, and don't even get me started on how stingy, pretentious and wayy overpriced their products are!
