Very rude and unapologetic. Expect rude customer service if you ever need help with a product! I have spent since 2019 a few thousand dollars at this store and on their website. I do love their products but due to their customer service I will no longer buy anything from them. I just bought their stardust spray and after 3 weeks the nozzle stopped spraying so I couldn't use it. I didn't even ask for a refund but called the store and asked for a nozzle to be shipped to me. Savannah a store associate said she would mail me one but never did. I called the sore left a message no return. Reached out on instagram and Megan said she would mail and also never did. When I started talking about the issue with my over 20 year old propane stove I heard a voice from upstairs call down asking me to reiterate the question. A woman I now know is named Michelle informed me that she is a fireplace expert. And boy was she right. She quickly explained to me how my stove worked and showed me parts to compare to what mine had. She sent me home with some homework and her phone and email so I could send pictures of my unit. She walked me through trouble shooting the issue and helped me find a solution. She showed me how to use a wire to jump the unit and confirm that it would light. We decided I would switch to a thermostat and she suggested that I purchase the cheaper of the two options that she carries in store. She said "it's simple and easy to use and the more expensive one won't do you any better." My house will now be warm and cozy for my son and I. They've earned my business and hopefully you'll give them a chance to earn yours!
