Recently the facility has went under new ownership and it is back to 24 hours. I enjoy this because I tend to do my laundry in the early morning hours. The new proprietor has cameras in the facility that they view regularly to keep the facility safe. I also want to mention that the facility is very clean compared to what it used to be. In addition they've also added some new dryers that work very well and the cost is very reasonable.

I called mid month to check up and the seamstress told me they would definitely be ready on time and she would call. Near Labor Day weekend I called again and left a msg. 5 Sept I found the business closed. I called and seamstress inside was working but would not deliver my shirts as the store was "closed". I had to wait until the 6th and return to claim them. We discussed the series of false claims and broken promises and I took my shirts $52 to simply shorten polo shirts and it took a MONTH. I feel this is poor business practices tactics and it could have been resolved with a phone call on her part saying she could not keep the deadline or that the shirts were ready. I do not recommend this place as I would NEVER use it again. I did not use the cleaners so I cannot comment on them.

I am from out of state and stopped in there today to post job postings as well as do the same on my computer for maybe 10 minutes and the manager came up to me to tell me i couldn't "hang out there" that would have to leave if I wasn't washing clothes there. So I threw a towel in the dryer and 50 cents to finish my post. I thought I would post this one too. When I posted the job postings at Excalibur laundry down the street it was packed and was 50 cents cheaper to wash and dry. I will be washing clothes there instead from now on.

If you choose to accept this you'll try and find a washer without one of many comically detailed out of order signs. After your laundry is out of the washer, you'll try to dry you're clothes in one of the few dryers without the highly detailed out of order signs. You'll discover there should be way more out of order signs than there are, but the only way to test the machines are by it eating your money. After you've had multiple machines eat your money, you'll find one that's seemingly operational. This is only a ploy to make you stay in this purgatory longer. It will take at least an hour and a half to get your laundry almost dry. If you have ever wondered what a money laundering front looks like, look no further. That's about the only thing being laundered around a touch of sun, I drive by all the time and never see any business.
