Just got a unit today. The unit still had a lock on it, so I had to call in and get a combination…read moreto remove the old lock. Unit was also dirty, so I swept it out. Bathrooms were very dirty, I believe someone is living there as I saw several two liter bottles scattered throughout with what appeared to be urine in them(thought this place was monitored?). No toilet paper or paper towels. When I called in with these issues and needed assistance, the man who answered was very helpful, but the delays did cause me to miss an appointment. I requested that I get my $25 administrative fee back since the "administrative duties" clearly had not been done, he felt I was in the right to request this and passed along message for his manager to call me. The manager that called me was VERY unprofessional sounded sassy from the start with an attitude and literally asked me in some "valley girl" tone "what's the issue" I was like "oh they didn't tell you what happened? THEN she began reading her notes, sounding as if I was inconveniencing her! She never apologized and made excuses about her cleaning lady going on maternity leave, but NOW they will be getting someone there to take care of stuff (ummm. I'm sorry but as manager isn't that YOUR job when you've been unable to find a replacement?) Anyway she went on to tell me what the Administravie fee is for...cleaning, locks, bathrooms....ALL the stuff that had been missing. Not to mention, she clearly didn't care. This caused me to miss an appointment of my own. I guess I owed her something because she would not waive a $25 administrative fee when my cleaning time alone was worth $20, not to mention the inconvenience of my rescheduled doc appointment. Zero accountability for her lack of management skills. Lazy, I guess I'm stuck with a unit that I have to clean up myself and hope I'm safe there alone at night since clearly it's not being maintained and people live in there.

With 1 inch of snow on ground he refused to drive his truck on driveway to barn. Scared he was going to get stuck and threatened that I would have pay towing bill. Calling his dispatcher did not resolve the situation. She, Jocelyn, was equally as rude. Claimed that there "equipment" was not able to drive in 1 inch of snow to barn. What? He's driving a semi in Minnesota!! The truck was capable, the driver was not! I was given a choice of the containers being dropped at the top of my driveway or they would take BACK to their storage facility and I could unload them there!! My containers came from Florida and I had great service all the way from them. Wish they had to be dropped at Winona Uhaul as that's where it all got ugly. Jocelyn and her driver need to both go back through training for driving semis and especially customer service.
