Service did vary from being really very good to comically bad, but the food in the restaurant was wonderful, and enough vegetarian choices to keep me happy. They know how to serve Hendricks gin with cucumber, and the measures are LARGE, as we found on the first visit.
The only problem I had is that smokers aren't separated from non-smokers, by the second visit we asked to be seated away from the cancer stick-puffers, which they did. By law though smokers can sit anywhere, which does ruin a meal time, lets hope the staff finally catch up with how most civilised countries separate the two groups.
