Daily specials for dinner. Everything is made on site. This is in the middle of a very touristy area with one tourist trap after another, which makes 'Time' restaurant and even greater find. Small restaurant, all windows open, so its as if you are sitting outside. Good music, Italian waiters humming with the music will serving tables. Nice. Not sure I'll ever go back to gan Canaria, but if I do, I will eat here.

We paid around 120 euro for apero, main course, deserts, multiple drinks and coffee for 4 people. Service was quick and waiters were being very attentive if everything was going smoothly. The waiters were doing their best to serve us in English, though the language barrier gives somewhat the perception that they are pushy and maybe not always friendly - but that is only a perception I think. They were doing their best and were working hard. Tables are maybe a bit small and once the crowd starts coming in the restaurant it starts feeling a bit as a factory because there is so much activity around you. Would recommend to try out this place if you are looking for a regular evening dinner and not something fancy. One less positive point for me though was that no one in the kitchen was wearing face masks appropriately which is remarkable in COVID times (although I appreciate that working in a busy and hot kitchen with face mask might not be straightforward...)

Visually it looked like any good pizza should. They had even provided a pizza cutter. Even though, not a very sharp one. After I managed to cut a small dent into the crust I noticed the salami had trouble staying in it's place. As soon, as I finished cutting the first slice, i discovered why. The whole thing was completely soggy from the cheese and tomato-what-ever. Unableto eat the slice by hand (as the pizza-god intended) I had to rely on a fork and a knife. It's kind of above Sparkles bar then keep heading up stairs and right and up more stairs. It's well worth a look if you like current / chart music or just need a break from camp cabaret or German techno. This is a late night drinking spot which opens at 11pm. It's a great place with video walls and friendly staff and the drinks are not too over priced. As it's tucked away here seem to be more locals here too, which is always a good indicator of a nice place too me, plus the crowd is younger than other places. There is seating outside shared with the bar next door, and people move between them all night, so there's really a choice of 2 bars. Go check it out!
