Toño crafts each taco as an individual masterpiece. While most taqueros serve tacos with one or two tortillas, he often times adds a third one. Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you. He once said that he sometimes doesn't break even due to the large amount of meat he puts in the tacos, but he does not care as long as customers enjoy their tacos.
