The overall quality of the food is very good and it is amongst the better restaurants of Benicassim. The service is usually alright, not always an experience itself. But the food at the price point which is alright justifies going there for dinner. This year La Manduca celebrates its 25 year anniversary. The menu gets updated every now and then, although the majority of it stays the same. The ingredients always feel fresh. The restaurant serves its food both inside, in a modern and comfortable room, or outside, which is also very nice. We've also had take away which worked pretty smoothly.

The food was very good with a few dishes that have a little touch of Japanese flavors which is very nice. The Tartar de Atún that was amazing. I wasn't too sure about strawberries in a tartar but it was actually a delight. The Gyoza with coconut milk & Ponzu was also a great combination of flavors and the Sepia a la plancha perfectly cooked. We didn't have their Paella but we saw a few people order some and they looked great. I'll definitely go back to try their other dishes and probably their paella too.

OMG!!! The platter was HUGE and the kebab meat was some of the best I've ever had. I ordered a drinking chocolate and asked the bartender to add some Bailey's.
