I ordered a pepper sauce to accompany the fillet and as side dish potatoes in paisley and garlic. To go with the meat, I chose to have a glass of rosé and a bottle of natural water. The waiter brought the water and filled the glass of rosé. If was a glass which was plenty enough for the whole meal. Not like in other restaurants where you basically have to order a second glass to finish your meal. When the meat arrived, it was cooked medium as I ordered. The meat was tender and tasted so good together with the pepper sauce that I cut each piece of it in tiny pieces to extend the pleasures. The potatoes were a delight. Crispy and the garlic made them just a dimension better. By far the best potatoes I ate since a while. I finished with a dessert, choosing the rice pudding with raisins. And a glass of Amaretto di Saronno. (Again plenty of) All in all the whole meal cost me around 55€. Sure a bit more expensive than your ordinary restaurant you can find in Playa de las Americas. But all worth it.

We ordered the sautéed mushrooms as an appetizer and the lobster risotto to split. Just wow. Everything was expertly prepared and the flavors mixed perfectly. I think the prices reflect the quality. We also finished our meal with some espresso and a biscuit. I'll be dreaming about that lobster risotto for a long time, perhaps until we make it back to Tenerife, which I hope is sooner than later.
