She was able to give me some pin pointers on how to best address and target the areas I want to work on, what machines to use, and most importantly how to use them! To have that support and understanding from a female trainer that has been in the business for a good while now I found to be really helpful and invaluable! so if you find yourself here at Gold's Gym not knowing where to start, I would like to recommend that you go ahead and speak with her and get an assessment from Miss Olga and you know she'll be able to better assist you on how to use the machines, if you work out at home like I sometimes must do due to my busy schedule, she can recommend some workouts that might work best if you have a sensitive back and sensitive knees like I do. Because consistency is key if you want to change anything!

This was made very clear when the manager at the gym worked around to give me a temporary access code so that I could work out 24/7 on my one-week pass even when the staff isn't around. They have very reasonable and flexible long (monthly/yearly) and short term (daily/weekly) plans which is PERFECT for someone like me who visits San Antonio for a few days every month or a few weeks at a time. I've looked for a year for a place to consistently work out when I'm in town and not ruin my workout schedule, but also not break the bank with day pass fees or be frowned upon by the management for not signing my soul over to a contract. Your Fitness 365's business model is actually based on helping the community stay in shape. IT BLEW MY MIND! A fitness center not out to get access to your checking account hoping to charge you every month even when you're not using the gym, or sometimes even when you've cancelled your contract. MIND BLOWN!!!!! But more than their business model, which I will sing praises about from today on to every person who will listen, they were so NICE. I felt WELCOME and like the staff and management were HAPPY to have a new customer, which is the complete opposite of the 5 other places I called to buy a day pass this morning. This golds gym is located conveniently right off 1604 on the access road before Bandera. The classroom is big. They have enough equipment for what you are there for. I do wish they had more mirrors as they only had them in the front. The room is a little oddly set up. I just walked by the floor and noticed that there's everything you need to include treadmills, free weights, and machines. I didn't explore the restroom anywhere else, but it seems like it's a pretty populated popular gym. There's plenty of parking upfront. Staff is always nice. Staff was nice like always.
