This is my very first Orangetheory location ever :D ! I signed up for the Elite membership option,…read morewhich is 2 classes per week (or 8 classes per month) :) ! The workouts and the people are absolutely amazing :D ! I really feel like Ron (the manager) and the exceptional coaches here really want to push you to do your best :D ! They really embrace current members and new members :) ! And I really the Orangetheory family environment :D ! I have attended classes by Terrelle, Alyssa and Vicky :) ! I haven't attended classes by Jerry or Kristian. I have to admit that I can never get up early enough for Jerry's early bird morning classes! Haha :D ! But I got to meet him at Orangetheory's Happy Hour social at Chicken N Pickle :D ! I have taken Coach Vicky's classes the most because her classes fit the best with my work schedule :) ! She may be tiny. But she really is like a Tide Pod bursting with tons of energy :D ! She is really amazing and awesome with correcting my form during all of the exercises, and making sure I don't get injured :) ! If she senses that, for instance, certain dumbbells are too heavy, she will advise me to use lighter ones :) ! Overall, it's incredible how, for both the 2G and 3G classes, all of the coaches pay very close attention to all of their participants during their respective classes :) ! The 3G classes are generally larger, with a max of about 36 participants. The 2G classes are smaller, with a max of 24 participants. It's usually best to prebook your classes, whether you are taking a 2G or a 3G, just to make sure you secure a spot ;) ! Otherwise, you might get waitlisted! Some of these classes get really full really fast! I highly recommend this Orangetheory location, whether you want to get into a routine for exercise, or whether you are aiming to achieve certain goals :) ! The Orangetheory staff and family here will make your time completely worthwhile here, and you will meet a lot of amazing people :D !

I only went here due to our hotel gave day passes when travel but if I lived in this area would certainly consider joining again. I only used their outdoor pool area to stretch and found it to be very clean and well kept. The life guards inside smiled as you exited to the adult only area outside . We have now cancelled our membership here - this is Lifetime Fitness (the name on this listing…read moreshifts sometimes.) The cost is not worth what you're getting quality wise in terms of classes. We only went for the classes anyways bc the gym floor was always so crowded for my husband in terms of weight lifting, he still held on to his golds membership to go work out there in parallel when we were members. They offered us $20 a month off to return and we probably will not take them up on that. This might be a good option for some but for us it's too far of a drive for not enough benefit. Classes are too large, too crowded overall, they have some temperature control issues in the barre studio (sometimes I froze my butt off when it's less than 70 degrees outside) also in terms of cleanliness I asked how often they cleaned the Pilates balls in the studio and they said they didn't! So if you're taking a class in the studio make sure to also wipe down the Pilates ball (I always did, and my weights) While there were standout instructors and staff that we absolutely loved, it doesn't outweigh the issues -- Roxanne is a fantastic barre instructor, and we loved Shelley, Toni and Mingxia. We also loved Michael R. But they cancelled the class we used to take with him that we loved so much. We also really loved Danny who was frequently at the front desk. I truly hope they are able to improve in the future, so that they can thrive.

A little dated. The exercise classroom is small. Seems like it could get crowded if there is a big group. I did notice they have older equipment in the exercise room when it comes to the steppers. The bar weights seem newer. The class was good. The instructor was excellent. Overall, they have all the equipment you need to get a good workout. It wasn't busy on a Wednesday evening. I saw plenty of open machines. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but I can't judge them on one visit. The parking lot is big. Plenty of spaces even though they are shared with the other businesses.

The instructors are very patient, encouraging and very motivating. They always work with us one on one when needed to help us improve our techniques. Usually doesn't get super busy on weekends or holidays...typical during the workweek at 5pm. Plenty of space in the locker room, and plenty of stalls in the bathroom. Shower bay is open so just like BMT but usually 1-2 people so less sausage around. Initial entry is full of elliptical and stair masters for the cardio bunnies. Staff is nice and friendly, especially when you have a question. 9/10

The small weight room has 2 squat racks, 2 smith machines, a bench press, free weights and some other stuff. The larger free weight room has 3 squat racks and 2 smith machines as well as cable machines, incline/decline press, leg press, hack squat and free weights. Sorry for the bad pictures, people were working out and I was trying to keep them out of the pictures the best I could. When you walk in there's rows of different cardio machines. They also have a treadmill room. There's a sauna in the women's bathroom, I haven't used it cause the hot weather here is enough for me My husband said the mens shower is open bay. Womens isnt, during the weekdays from 8am-12pm it's not very busy. They also have 24/7 access to both service members and dependents. You just have to talk to the front desk to get yourself a key.
