Because I'm furious…read more I've been a Club Studio member since before my location even opened, and today's interaction has me seriously considering canceling my membership. Here's what happened. I was already signed up for a class. I decided I'd rather take a different class that was happening AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. Here's the part that absolutely blows my mind: The class I was enrolled in had multiple open spots. The class I wanted to switch into also had multiple open spots. I'm going to repeat that because it's the entire point. BOTH. CLASSES. HAD. OPEN. SPOTS. I wasn't asking to jump a waitlist. I wasn't asking someone else to give up their spot. I wasn't asking for an extra class. I wasn't canceling altogether. I was simply asking to move my reservation from one class with open availability to another class with open availability at the exact same time. How does that hurt anyone? I called the studio, and Aiden, who said he was the supervisor, refused. His solution was that I needed to cancel my reservation in the app, pay a $15 late cancellation fee, and then rebook the other class myself. I explained--more than once--that both classes had open spots, so there was literally no impact to another member or the studio. His response every single time? "Yeah, yeah, yeah... no worries." Over. And over. And over. It wasn't reassuring. It came across as completely dismissive and condescending, like he couldn't have cared less about what I was saying. Finally, I told him, "If this is how Club Studio treats loyal members, I'm canceling my membership." His response? "Yeah, yeah, yeah... no worries." Then he immediately explained the two different ways I could cancel. That was it. No attempt to solve the problem. No attempt to retain a member. No, "Let me see what I can do." No, "Let me check with someone." Nothing. What infuriates me isn't just the policy. It's the complete lack of common sense and customer service. This could have been resolved in less than 30 seconds by moving me from one class with open spots to another class with open spots. Instead, they were apparently willing to lose a loyal member over a situation that affected absolutely no one. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership, and if I don't hear from management or corporate, my husband and I will both be canceling. Has anyone else had this kind of experience with Club Studio, or is this just unbelievably poor judgment by one supervisor?

The workouts and the people are absolutely amazing :D ! I really feel like Ron (the manager) and the exceptional coaches here really want to push you to do your best :D ! They really embrace current members and new members :) ! And I really the Orangetheory family environment :D ! I have attended classes by Terrelle, Alyssa and Vicky :) ! I haven't attended classes by Jerry or Kristian. I have to admit that I can never get up early enough for Jerry's early bird morning classes! Haha :D ! But I got to meet him at Orangetheory's Happy Hour social at Chicken N Pickle :D ! I have taken Coach Vicky's classes the most because her classes fit the best with my work schedule :) ! She may be tiny. But she really is like a Tide Pod bursting with tons of energy :D ! She is really amazing and awesome with correcting my form during all of the exercises, and making sure I don't get injured :) ! If she senses that, for instance, certain dumbbells are too heavy, she will advise me to use lighter ones :) ! Overall, it's incredible how, for both the 2G and 3G classes, all of the coaches pay very close attention to all of their participants during their respective classes :) ! The 3G classes are generally larger, with a max of about 36 participants. The 2G classes are smaller, with a max of 24 participants. It's usually best to prebook your classes, whether you are taking a 2G or a 3G, just to make sure you secure a spot ;) ! Otherwise, you might get waitlisted! Some of these classes get really full really fast! I highly recommend this Orangetheory location, whether you want to get into a routine for exercise, or whether you are aiming to achieve certain goals :) ! The Orangetheory staff and family here will make your time completely worthwhile here, and you will meet a lot of amazing people :D !

Pool lifeguards are asleep at the wheel, and kids get injured running around while you're trying to swim laps. Other guests will yell at staff in the LifeCafe and you have to either watch or step in because management doesn't seem interested in empowering their employees. Less people work there now to serve the needs of more guests than when I went as a kid. Absolute scammers, but 2 stars because my personal trainer was at least cool.

I've never been told the massage machines or total body machines were down. This was my main concern. I'm so glad to see it's worth having a black membership here. I've also noticed that the people behind the counter have been very professional and kind. I'm glad to report this location and Evans have really made my workouts enjoyable and convenient. They also have a treadmill room. There's a sauna in the women's bathroom, I haven't used it cause the hot weather here is enough for me My husband said the mens shower is open bay. Womens isnt, during the weekdays from 8am-12pm it's not very busy. They also have 24/7 access to both service members and dependents. You just have to talk to the front desk to get yourself a key.
