They were not typical Swiss looking quiches, these were baked in puffy crust, and looked full of ingredients vs. egg. They are smaller- about the size of your hand. Needless to say, I stopped and quickly purchased the toasty warm quiche. My taste buds were definitely not disappointed. The quiche was exactly what I was hoping for, not heavy with egg, but light and fluffy. The puffy crust was a great combination. Definitely good. No wonder I see people stopping by every evening and picking these up. There are always very few left. These brought my review up a star. I still have yet to try the yummy looking salads there.
