The dough was crusty on the outside (and under the slices), fluffy and light on the inside, and stayed moist even as the pizza cooled down. Unlike Neapolitan pizzerias I've been to in the USA, the sheer size of the pizzas and amount of toppings here were very generous. There was so much cheese! I got the namesake pizza Sant'Orsola, which came with mozzarella di bufala, ricotta, speck, and peperoncino. It was amazing. Their menu is very extensive, with usual selections like Margherita, 4 Formaggi, Diavola, etc... in the €8-10 range, and a large selection of specialty pizzas in the lower €10s. These very large individual pizzas can feed 2 people or one very hungry pizza lover like me... and even then, I had to take half of my pizza home. This is definitely a must-try in the lovely city of Bergamo.

Their house red wine was delicious and very fairly priced (9 euros for 500ml). We ended up getting three servings and they even gave us a complimentary 250mL serving at the end! The servers were so kind and everything came out very quickly. We found seats immediately, even during peak dinner hours. It's conveniently located in the center by the train station, so it's a nice patio for people-watching. They were also extremely dog-friendly! The bathrooms were also really clean.
