Stopped in here to check out the hot chocolate. It was the best I have ever had! We got the garam spiced one, we shared it as we expected it to be rich and it was! You could feel the warmth as it went down. Made from real chocolate no artificial sweeteners. I did not sample and if the fudge. I did purchase a nougat to take with me and my boyfriend got a sweet treat for himself. Very rich, it had maple pieces in it. I would definitely stop in here just to sip a little of their hot chocolate. The shop is small and had a small counter area to sit at with about 3 chairs. It's not made for dining in your treats, but definitely for sipping hot chocolate! The girls in the shop were friendly. read more

While exploring the town, we found this shop and wanted to see what the crowd was for. Definitely did not disappoint when we got in. We were offered samples of their fudge and it was so good! The fudge wasn't overly sweet like some of the fudge shops in America. The staff were pretty nice overall and showed us the popular flavors. The store was clean and all the chocolates were displayed nicely. It was only loud from the crowds echoing from the outside. read more

Chocolates are good. Place has no seating. Accepts credit and debit. Service is fine. Might get cramped up if people swerves in just like what happened to us. They offer free tastes too. I guess there is no bathroom here. read more

loved this place so much!! they were giving out free fudge samples and i had to immediately buy some after trying. their chocolate is so good! they have fudge shaped in sausages(!!) coming in all sorts of flavors (whiskey, coffee, pepper, etc.). they also have all sorts of chocolate encased in aesthetic boxes or packaging, making for great gifts. the store is lined wall to wall with chocolates, making it basically heaven for any chocolate lover. it makes for super cute photos. and a huge plus: the owners are so nice!!! super friendly and even gave us extra samples when we said we really liked their fudge. they recognized that we were talking korean and greeted us in korean too, which was a pleasant surprise. loved talking with them because they had the best vibes. wish i could come back already! read more

Came here on a food tour. It is everything you'd want in a Fudgerie. Chocolates wall to wall and floor to ceiling! Their fudges are yummy but also overwhelmingly sweet. I'm a fan of their Hot chocolate, though, you can't have much as it is very rich. Would stop by here again for a small cup of hot cocoa but probably would not buy fudge. read more

Absolutely delicious! The garam masala chocolate is to die for. The woman who rang us up was spot on when she said it tastes like ginger bread. The praline chocolate was very good as well. The salty sweetness and crunch of the pralines mixed well with the chocolate. And finally... drum roll please... the champagne truffle had a nutty outside with a silky smooth inside. I could have walked out with only the champagne truffle and been satisfied! read more

I am a huge chocolate connoisseur, and this place is as good as it gets. I was quite overwhelmed when I walked into the shop. It was very impressive and I loved the fudge sausages, very creative! We were offered a taste of dark chocolate fudge and maple fudge. Both were delicious!! I ended up walking out with a bar of dark chocolate fudge and some bars of chocolate. But now a week later it is gone and I am desperate for more. It would be a dream if this place would deliver. I have never had fudge so rich and creamy. read more

Cute shop and yummy fudge! The girl at the entrance offered us samples of maple, walnut fudge and I ended up taking a bar of it home. The flavor was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness and the right amount of nuts- not too many that it's overwhelming, but not scarce like you're mining for diamonds. This is coming from a Wisconsin girl who practically lived off of bars of fudge in the Dells during summers. If I know one thing, it's fudge, son. Pretty expensive but that's to be expected near touristy areas. Wish I could have tasted all of the variety of flavors, but at the expense of waistline expansion, I decided not to. A definite stop along Rue Petit Champlain! read more

Quebec City is so interesting and you need to stop here . Inside your greeted in French of course, bonjour, they have a large assortment of packaged chocolates and a display of chocolates by the pound as well as fudge, which they hand out samples. Very nice service read more

While the candy and fudge is a bit on the pricey side, it's also well - crafted and delicious. Be warned that the salted caramel is highly addictive and the maple candies are perfection. I have visited 3 times in the last 2 days, so it's a good thing that I'm leaving tomorrow. I've purchased several things to bring home to friends and family. I can only hope to deliver it in tact. read more

Delicious fudge and outstanding customer service! We purchased multiple tubes of fudge as gifts and CATSA confiscated them because fudge tubes are considered to be spreadable like peanut butter and is not allowed to go thru Airport Security. So if you buy some, consider packing it in your checked luggage or shipping it. I told La Fudgerie what happened and they sent us a very nice gift which happened to arrive on our 30th Wedding anniversary. Definitely a great place to buy your fudge.
