They were talkative and funny and the shop has a cool vibe with great music. They even bought me a slice of pizza for the long tattoo session. It was an amazing experience and I would go back again and recommend to anyone. Prices were great. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Very fast response on instagram and they worked with my schedule while i was vacationing. My wife even decided to get a tattoo last minute and they were extremely helpful with ideas and accommodated her into the schedule. Everyone english is good. They did a beautiful job. We messaged them through Yelp and got an appointment for the same day (I have a feeling they do a lot of spontaneous tourist appointments). The girl at the front desk was working on her own tattoo designs and ushered us into a comfortable and well-decorated waiting room. They have an €80 minimum and I got my first tattoo (approximately 3" across) for €100 (way cheaper than back in the States!) plus tip (which I know isn't as much of a thing here but seemed appropriate considering the circumstances) and a more experienced friend of mine got hers (5"?) with shading for €130. The shop was clean and hundreds of designs were displayed on the walls. If you aren't getting tattooed they ask that you stay in the front area but will allow one guest for the person getting a tattoo. But the artist- MATTEL- was just fantastic. He was professional but also acted as a friend- he spoke less English than the girl at the counter but was so helpful and reassuring and held excellent conversation. They were absolutely blasting some classic rock in the back which was appreciated and a good distraction to be honest. They sell the tattoo soap and cream in the store for a little extra and included some fun stickers. However, THEY ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENT IN CASH!!! Bring it ahead of time or the girl at the front will walk with you to the nearest ATM to watch you withdraw it. Overall an irreplaceable experience- I'm very pleased.

The shop is so warm and inviting, and all the artists are incredibly professional, kind, and clear. I got a navel piercing and my artist explained every step of the way what he was doing and why, which was super helpful and contributed to the easygoing and comfortable nature of my whole experience. My skin gets irritated very easily but by some miracle by the end of the same day I had virtually no swelling or redness! I had been worried about the pain but it was such a lovely, professional experience and I'm so grateful. Thank you so so much to Fabrizio and his team by far my most favorite find on my trip to Rome. I can't recommend this place enough. Last week I walked in without an appointment to have four…read moregauged piercings (two 12's and two 14's) reopened. The owner, Gabrielle, was very welcoming and accommodating. He took care of the piercings himself, and he and one of the girls working that day helped me pick out the right size hoops. One thing I absolutely have to mention is that the shop only had one of the 12 gauge hoops I needed, so Gabrielle gave me a 14 to wear in the hole until the 12 arrives at no extra charge. I was in and out of the studio in less than half an hour and couldn't have asked for better service (keep in mind that this was August, when most shops in Rome are closed.) If you need some work done while you're in Rome, hit these guys up.
