I can't remember everything we ordered (we had croquettes, a chicken option or two, seared tuna, and a few others), but I do remember that everything was well plated and scrumptious. It also bears mentioning that we were given a basket of bread and a small dish of mixed olives to munch on while we waited for our dishes to arrive. We topped this meal with the white chocolate cheesecake, which was the best cheesecake I've ever had (and I've had many cheesecakes in quite a few countries). Surely the individuals and groups who stopped by hoping for a table (many of whom were turned away), are testament to this restaurant's food and popularity. Based on the same, I'd recommend making a reservation in advance. I can't really speak about the restaurant's interior atmosphere as we were seated outside. We decided to go here based on TA reviews and were not disappointed - at all! After several nights of trying out different tapas places, we can easily say this one was our favorite. The menu might not sound that inspiring at first, but the tapas dishes are incredibly tasty. The cook gives a little twist to every dish and blends the ingredients well with different spices and herbs. Please try the carpaccio of shrimps - an awesome surprise and well worth the price. All other tapas were very flavourful and supernice as well. Service is great with friendly waiters who like to make a little chat. Desserts are ok - nothing wonderful but the whole innovative and very tasty tapas dishes make up completely for this. The resto is not super big, with some tables inside and about 5 or 6 tables outside. We got there around 9h30 and soon after that, the place was full. The atmosphere around the square is great and it is the best place to eat in the area (we tried a few others around the Hercules square...). Ahhh...writing about this place, makes me want to go back! We found it better than San Telmo - with similar prices (some dishes might be a little pricier - but they are also better than at San Telmo).
