They were the best priced home visit I could find and scheduled an app fast. Very professional, very knowledgable, they stayed for well over an hour trying to diagnose the issue. We thought we figured it out but they suggested it might actually be the internet provider. When they left the issue came back (not their fault), I contacted them and let them know it came back, the owner said that because they weren't able to resolve the issue he was not going to charge me!
