The Italians believe that they are the e Peet's on Italian food ( which they are) and when you try to exchange something they see the problem with you, they do not feel that they should eat the cost of your mistake, so rightly so, in this culture, they were not happy. You should be thrilled that they went along with your insulting request. I showed up here 30 minutes after they opened and there was no issue, in fact there were already people in the restaurant when I got here. As for the food. I ordered my favorite wine which only came by the bottle, so when I asked if I could take it back to my room, she actually cracked a smile. I had Calamari it was fresh and was delicious.
