Perfect -- here's your review rewritten with that personal California-to-Mugello racing touch woven in: Review for Ristorante La Limonaia Senni Scaparella La Limonaia is less a restaurant and more a n stage to have aFlorentine steak. This isn't your classic Tuscan trattoria( I have 40 years eating Tuscan steaks) , it's a full experience where every detail is thought through from the bellissima vineyard setting with its pool and garden, to the trays of prime cuts you select yourself, to the Scarperia knives and hot plates that make the meal feel special. . It truly is a kingdom of steak. We started with a Florentine appetizer, then moved on to a massive Bistecca alla Fiorentina almost a kilo of perfectly grilled Tuscan beef &finished with lemon sorbet, cheesecake, and a mille-feuille dessert that set the bar impossibly high. The desserts are refined, elegant, and some of the best I've had anywhere. As someone who flies 11 hours from Southern. California to race in Mugello, there's always a special treat knowing that at the end of a long day at the track, I can sit down at La Limonaia for a truly great steak. It's the kind of place that turns a trip into a memory, and for me, it's become part of the rhythm of racing in Tuscany. read more

Our decision turned out to be the best one we had on our 3 nights stay in Tuscany. The truffle tagliolini was amazing and the veal chop was beyond delicious. Pork chop was ultra delicious and the dessert, basic choices of tiramisu and pannacotta never fails.

Il Ristorante La Limonaia è una sicurezza per gli amanti della carne , si trova a Scarperia nelle colline mugellani , immerso nel verde appena arrivate troverete un bellissimo parco con Piscina e all'interno della limonaia ne è ricavato il Ristorante , staff giovane e professionale , cucina di qualità. Ormai da anni quando veniamo al circuito del Mugello a Scarperia frequentiamo la limonaia di senni, a nostro avviso è il miglior ristorante nella zona di Scarperia .. per poterci arrivare dall'uscita di Barberino ci vogliono circa 15 minuti di macchina, ma ne vale assolutamente la pena, ambiente bellissimo e Bistecca tra le migliori mangiate. read more

Ristorante a Scarperia e San Piero vicino al circuito del Mugello, usciti al casello di Barberino di Mugello il Ristorante la Limonaia si trova molto vicino.. La fiorentina da 1.5 era squisita così come i tortelli Mugellani, veramente ottimi. Lo consiglio vivismente se volete passare una serata nel verde Mugello. read more
