They never even smirk at me here nor do they neglect me since I am usually a lone diner. Being a screaming diabetic with insulin always loaded does not seem a good match for anywhere in Italy and it is truly a test of will. But this has become my second home. The cheeses, meats and fabulous fruits help me (almost) overlook the breads and pastas like no other. This place rocks on tapas and makes me a special plate each time. The chorizo is like no other and would be ruined with a carb introduction anyway. I feel like a very special person when I dine here. Acqua fresco is even magical here. They claim to be Spanish and Mexican cuisine, but their Italian food menu was way more expansive. They really didn't have much choices for Spanish and Mexican food and the food looked just as pitiful as the pictures in the menu. Also, I'm pretty sure their sangria was just sweet red wine :/ The good thing I can say about this ristopub is that it does have wonderful service. And it seems to be an okay place to go to if you want to listen to Spanish music and drink with friends.

They vary city to city -- but there's always something for everyone. The sandwiches range from 1-2.50 euro. It's a great place for snacking or meeting with friends and partaking of beverages. Also, they have tinto de verano on tap, so there's always that.
