I have had a very expensive bathroom fitted just over 2 and half years ago, since that time the…read morefloor has been re grouted 3 times, now the floor is showing between the tiles and Bathstore are refusing to put the grout right, the sink developed a hole in the base, Bathstore have supplied a new sink but refuse to install it, the coat hook fell off the door and cracked 2 floor tiles, the shower adjuster has broken and is now tied with string until I can find another part and now the toilet seat has cracked and does not soft close anymore and guess what Bathstore have refused to pay for another and want to charge me £40 for a new one. This last disaster with this bathroom which cost over £6000 has just about pushed me over the edge and I will never advise anyone to pay for fixtures or fittings from Bathstore. Don't believe the promises of guarantees as they will get out of them

Where possible, the same skilled tradesman did much of the work; indeed, Lee's multi-tasking skills were very impressive and he gave us some good advice. Disruption and inconvenience were kept to a minimum and we would not hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended.
