She wiped down everything before she got started. Throughout the facial she made sure I was comfortable. She wore gloves and used professional products. After my facial I got the body wrap. She put a cream on my abdomen ( it warms and tingle a little)and wrapped me with some type of Saran Wrap. She told me to leave it for no more than two hours. After several phone calls I discovered it was from Tara dermatology from 2014. They have my current address on file and yet they NEVER sent me a bill. When I called the person I spoke with in billing had zero sympathy for my problem. You can just pay the $200 she said, it was because your insurance didn't pay it. You can call them. I don't remember going to the dermatologist in 2014, and I'm not really sure what insurance I had back then. It is really a shame that companies can do this to you without notice.

My hematologist referred me to this facility to get a second opinion on getting my port replaced…read more My initial appointment was with Dr. McDevitt and he was very nice and agreed with me about my port replacement. Unfortunately he was booked for surgery and recommended Dr. Levy to do the surgery which my hematologist referred me to. Dr.Levy did my port removal and replacement. Everyone was so kind and nice at this facility. The second surgery was rough as I was awake for it because anesthesia didn't show up. The surgery nurse was so kind and talked me through it, calmed me down, and rubbed my face. I have NEVER experienced that level of empathy from a medical professional ever. I wish I would have known about this place in 2021 when I had my first port surgery. Dr. Levy said he was going to make sure the catheter doesn't come out of the vein and it sure is long. he gave me a copy of the x-ray and told me to take a picture of it so I'll have it in my phone for other medical professionals. I had a ultrasound done after the ultrasound I was told the doctor only got rid of my upper left leg vein I had the procedure done on both legs. On my left leg he didn't even use anesthesia he just stock that long needle in my lower calf I was in server pain awoke while he did that procedure. He said I didn't need anesthesia because it would not take long. I went to visit another doctor last week I was told after getting a ultrasound I only had that left leg done nothing else. I would need to get 3 procedures done again to stop the blood from going done to my ankles. I'm very mad because I thought it may have been salt because I had those vein procedure done by Dr Daniel mcdevity. This was a case of negligence N a poor quality of care .
