Easily the worst dish sampled during a recent 12-day trip through France. While the food is average at best, the service is downright bad. Servers are aggravated by your presence and seemingly resentful of your business. I will accommodate them by not returning.

The waitress recommended another, less expensive bottle, which she felt was a better match to the meal. And she was right. Both were delicious. She and I had a chat about where she was from (Burgundy) and where I was from (Tucson, Arizona) and then a lovely mousse au chocolat appeared as her gift. Does traveling get any better than this?! Maybe it's not haute cuisine, but it's very friendly, warm Provencial cuisine at an affordable price. Regarding other reviews pertaining to the delay in service--relax, you're in France, enjoy the moment.
