(Suadero is a super moist pulled pork meat. Such a great flavor and the texture is perfect. Try it and you'll love it too.) There's a couple things that I miss from Southern California taco spots and this one has them both. Number one, great carne asada (fresh and seasoned well!) Number two, and the most missed thing for me, is fresh cut radishes and cucumbers. So many taco trucks miss these essential sides and it really makes the taco experience much better in my opinion. It's cash only but they also accept Zelle, which I used to pay for my order ($19 - which is a good deal for 5 tacos and a potato with carne asada). The order came nicely packed with three different salsas (red, green, and avocado) and some limes. Both the tacos and the potato were delicious!
