For Valentine, I had their cupcakes: chocolate, vanilla. The chocolate cupcake was dry. The bottom of the cake was sticking on the cupcake paper. They seem to have changed recipe of their chocolate cakes. The vanilla cupcake was better, although not soft, nor moist. The frosting tasted like shortening rather than buttercream.

The first time I went there, I was having a pleasant conversation with one of the employees as he was preparing my ice cream. An older gentleman. The store was very quiet and we were just exchanging pleasantries. Out of nowhere, she steps in front of him, elbows him out of the way and takes over the conversation. She treated him like garbage, as if he's not good enough to chat with the customers himself. Since she had no idea what he and I were discussing, her presence was just rude to her employee and awkward to me. I marked this down as simple lack of social etiquette on her part, and gave the store a second chance. On my second visit, a different employee was preparing my ice cream. She was hovering from behind, and swept in like a hawk at one point. She started giving him hell because he put too much ice cream in the cup. She embarrassed him in front of me, belittled him and made him remove a fifth of the scoop that she felt was in excess. While I was paying for my ice cream, she continued to give the poor employee hell. I told the story to other customers who frequent this place, many of them have noticed her terrible behavior as well, independently of my feedback. Frankly, I am not sure if she's an owner or a manager, But she was bossing people around like she owned them. All I know is that I will no longer support her business since she treats her employees like they are less than nothing. I will also encourage anyone I know to avoid this place and the evil witch who runs it. She really reminded me of the story of Hantzel and Gretel and the witch who lured them in with sweets.
