They spoke good English which was helpful. Hooray for the imaginative menu ! We had two of the Pannekuechen, Hollandaise crepes, one with excellent chorizo and the other with mushrooms and a great melty cheese. They were both crisp and tender in the most satisfying way. We also tried the proffertjes which came highly recommended and for good reason. They were soft and almost custard-like in the middle and also delicately crisp like the crepes.
