The price is fair for the quality of the work done. I visited 3 times, as I was not pleased with the sewn in cup placement which was then redone to my liking. The turnaround time was fast too. From the moment I walked in, even without an appointment, I felt welcomed. The ladies behind the counter were kind and apologized for the wait but it was only because they spend so much time with each client to ensure they are satisfied. I didn't mind waiting because I knew I'd get the attention I needed for my alteration needs. The shop is simple, classy and small with just enough room to get fitted properly by the seamstress. A simple little changing room is all you need, because the attention is in the details. The seamstress suggested some adjustments that would work better for my dress and body type and gave a fair price for the job. One month later I returned to pick it up and was pleased as punch with the results. Timing wise It took a month because I wasn't pressed for time, but I'm sure if you had a special date to make, they would oblige to get it done for your event. My dress came out beautifully and I got so many compliments. I will definitely return the next time I need any alterations. So happy to have found them! read more

I brought a set of curtains here along with an extra 36" panel, and asked them to split the panel in half and add 18" to each side of the existing curtains, as I purchased the wrong size for my sliding door. Let me start off by saying I never write reviews but I was so appalled by the lack of professionalism here that I was compelled to write one. My mother brought a gown of mine in to show the tailor if it can be altered. She agreed with confidence that it can be. My mother said she would bring me in the following week to have it fitted. When we arrived a week later she said she denied speaking with my mother and seeing the dress before. We were shocked. After a few minutes she took a walk in customer that came after me! She then took only one glance at the dress and admitted that she did remember seeing it before. She told me that "it's too much work" and she can't do it because "she's too busy". I asked her why she said it can be done the week before and she had no answer. She proceeded with her other client. Don't trust these people. They go back on their word. read more

She will takes time to discuss your expectations for fit/length, how the piece will be worn and then tailor accordingly. The shop is neat and the garments are handled with care. The turnaround time is reasonable, and they always follow through on the discussed pick up date. Pricing is quite reasonable for quality so i don't mind traveling for the service.
