The patatas bravas were in a reimagined state that at first glance had me wondering if some ingredients were missing. I stood corrected the minute I tried a piece - the "brava" sauce component is cleverly disguised and each portion was the perfect bite. Some other favorites were the pan con tomate, ham croquettes, and oxtail sliders. Overall, the ambience and meal was excellent. I would not classify this as a fusion restaurant, because they've stuck quite close to the mark when it comes to traditional Spanish tapas, but they've definitely put a modern spin on the classics and added some innovate new offerings.

While I was sitting there, several people popped in just to say hello to the staff, which speaks volumes about how welcoming and family-esque this place feels.
