What is particularly frustrating is that the decision appears to have been based on a classification indicating that we are involved in catering. While our company may provide event-related services, our vehicles are not used to cater food, deliver food, or sell food products. Our vans are used strictly for transportation purposes, transporting employees, equipment, supplies, and materials to Venue and Back They are not food delivery vehicles, mobile kitchens, or catering trucks.
