I'm staying in Santa Claus IN and wanted to get a pedicure. I found LA Nails when searching the area. They wouldn't let me make a reservation but I was able to get service as soon as I got there. I needed to get my gel polish removed and my toenails trimmed. The gentleman working on me was very thorough and did a great job. My only (minor) complaint is that I couldn't communicate with him. read more

I went to Illusions Day Spa for my nails for about 20 years but it's not the same under new management. A friend recommended I try LA Nails. The salon lacks an inviting atmosphere BUT I got the best Pedi ever! Even the next day, my feet, toes, and legs felt Amazing!! They have a huge selection of polishes. Staff were kind. No appointment needed. Face masks are required, which I greatly appreciated. They also asked all clients to use their hand sanitizer on entry. They cleaned and sanitized after each client. I highly recommend this salon! read more

Went to the nail salon on my lunch. Then we're going to be about a 15 minute wait. I told them it was no problem I would just come back after work. Came back after work and waited 45 minutes. Decided I couldn't wait any longer. Left the shop. Called to make an appointment. The horribly rude Woman that works there started Chastising me for leaving the shop. I was just simply trying to make an appointment. She was literally scolding me. Definitely need to learn customer service skills. read more

Save your money, unless you don't really care about quality. Didn't even massage my feet. After a half-ass calf rub, they could not even bother to massage my feet. I get pedicures to pamper my tired, working feet. I will pay money for a good pedicure and realistically, I can paint and pumice my own feet/toes. I go to get my feet massaged. This is what I get for going to a walk-in place where quantity is more important than quality. read more

I had been looking for a good nail salon when I moved to Jasper 6 months ago . I went to one on netwon street and the lady made me feel very uncomfotable so I didnt even finish my nails. I finally found LA Nails that someone had recommened and I am so glad they did, I always feel welcome when I am coming to get my nails done, They are the best I refuse to go anywhere else, they do an amazing job. I wanted to try out a new nail salon. The atmosphere wasn't very inviting. I signed in BEFORE 4 people and they all got their toes and nails done before me while I waited an hour and a half all because they knew the owner... on the bright side the lady that did my nails did really good. Horrible experience. was asked to sign in and come back in 1 hr. I did come back 40 mins later. they let others jump ahead of me even though they asked me to leave. when I pointed this out to them I discovered they put "hold" on my sign in line. when I pointed that out to them they made me wait even more. total of 2 hrs I waited they were so slow with the clients that were being helped it was ridiculous they could have had me soak off my nails while I was waiting. If I could give this experience zero stars I would. Not only did I not get what I wanted in the first place, but when I simply asked a question about the almost finished product I was scolded and was constantly being told that I was in the wrong. This nail salon was my go-to, I only had the males coincidentally every time I went. But, today I had the lady and I will never be going back. At first, I was a little upset about not getting what I wanted after waiting an hour. But after I was completely embarrassed and yelled at by the nail tech, it simply wasn't even about the nails anymore. She would not let it go and would keep bothering me about it even after I stated that it was fine and that it was my fault, "I will not continue until you listen and stop saying that you understand." is what she stated. Long story short, she told me to not tell people to not go here or complain about this experience because it was all my fault. I came in today with my sisters and sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half before they got started on just one of us. Then they stopped 5 minutes in with my sister to start on another customer who arrived about an hour after us. They didn't communicate anything and seemed very disorganized. There were people with half finished nails and then several waiting to even get started. After we sat a little longer, confused and waiting for them to resume my ONE sister's nails, we left.
