I came in from out of town and saw their spa. I walked in and was greeted by Diane. She was so sweet! She offered me wine, bottled water, or hot tea. It was so nice because I have been to several spas where you come in, sit down, and just wait. They were busy, but told me that they would make time for me. I got a facial from the owner and it was amazing! My skin felt and looked so much clearer and just glowed. I love their skin care product line Eminence . I have only ever found it in a spa when I was in New York. The men and women of Jasper are so lucky to have a spa like Illusions. I will definately be going back next time I am in town. read more

I can't say enough about this spa. Usually in small towns the spas feel cheap and porrly done. When you walk into Illusions, it feels like you are walking into a high end spa in Paris. The staff is so sweet and kind! The techniques that the owner uses are so amazing. I fell asleep during my massage within minutues. The skin care line they carry is one the few in existence that is totally organic and very effective. I have tried so many and their line is the only one that works for me and does not make my skin break out. I have sensitive skin and it looks better than it ever has. The best facial treatments - my skin always feels incredibly refreshed and bright. As a mom of 3 young boys, I LOVE the extra pampering and care that comes with the facial. Regine has helped me come up with a skin regime that has helped me manage and improve my hormonal acne, and has me feeling much more confident. I love the Eminence products the store has to offer. I wrote a review already, but them it was taken down. This place is great. Being a guy going to a spa I felt a little nervous. The owner and the people there made me feel comfortable and provided great service. I haven't been to many spas, but this one is great. The massage put me right to sleep. My favorite place to go to pamper myself with a facial! Regine does an amazing job and is always very welcoming and helpful in choosing which facial to do, but everyone I have had has been fantastic. I have also had dermaplaning, eyebrow waxing, lash lift and lash tinting at Illusions Spa - all with wonderful results. And love Eminence products! read more
