We took full advantage of the facility by arriving at 9am & not leaving until 4:45 when they closed. I called to book a deep tissue massage for 50 minutes, with the massage you can use the pool and facilities before or after your treatment. The spa has a very relaxing vibe and was very comfortable. I arrived about 30 minutes before my appointment. I had a short wait since there was only one person at the front desk and there were helping other clients at the time. When it was my turn, I was warmly greeted and given a tour of the facility. The changing rooms are right off the main lobby area, and I was guided around the area and advised on what was available to use. I decided to change and then head to the relaxation room to await my massage. The room had flavored water and hot tea available, as well as a few packaged snacks. There were several Lounge chairs available with sheer curtains to provide some privacy. My massage therapist arrived right around my massage time and took me to my room. She was very nice and explained the process and asked if I had any areas of concern. Unfortunately the massage wasn't great, I had opted for a deep tissue massage, but not a lot of pressure was used. She also never checked in with me during the massage and it ended a bit early. The facility is beautiful and next time I will try a facial or another service since I loved the atmosphere so much.
