Everyone from the owners to the nail technicians feel like family. My nails always look great and I get compliments all the time. They recently opened a lash and beauty spa nearby too! I settled on a pedicure and spa manicure. I was handed color swatches and couldn't get what I picked because I wasn't doing gel. Never got my spa manicure and the guy said it was a miscommunication which maybe wouldn't have happened if he wasn't watching his phone while doing my nails. No dryers either for my manicure. The receptionist couldn't get my gift card to work (I double checked after, it was valid) & didn't seem to care, either. Very rude. I'd only added the pedi on because I had the gift card. In the end, walked out without the one thing I went for, a spa manicure. This place isn't cheap, either, so I can't even say, you get what you pay for here because I definitely did not.

I have friends and family who see her as well and they are pleased with what she has to offer. The reception crew is always very professional when you are greeted or when they call you at home. The only criticism I have of this establishment is the appearance needs to be updated and kept up to match the pricing and quality product they offer. Painting, replacing waiting area furniture and carpeting, worn out skirt affixed to reception desk, and perhaps even dusting/cleaning kicked up one notch. Things of that nature need a more critical eye and some monetary investment given the level of salon I think it is.
