I am still a client of many services offered at this salon. I have never had a complaint. I have had my make up done by Sierra, Michelle, and Lia over the years. It always looks amazing. I have been seeing Lia as a pattern over the past 1-2 years though. My birthday make up on Saturday 12.5 was, yet again, perfection. The eye color doesn't translate the best in this photo but it was beautiful with a touch of shimmer. Just the right amount of drama for me. What does translate in this photo is how flipping good my skin looks and how my eyes pop. This is just me in my kitchen with my iPhone before I went out to dinner. I had gotten a diva cut and asked for my hair to be to my shoulders the lady that did my hair cut my hair all the way up to the top of my neck giving me a bowl cut on the top half of my head and then the bottom half long. It's choppy and uneven. I look ridiculous it's so short I cannot even go out the house. I provided a picture for her to go off of and my hair looks NOTHING like it. I expected better from this salon but she really messed up my hair. I told her the length was fine and she kept cutting. my family was so mad at my hair i wasted $60 for me to end up looking ugly and unhappy. I cried for 2 days straight. read more

The only service I've had there is pedicures with Maribel. She is amazing!! I've searched all over the area for a pedicure technician that can not only make my feet look great, but feel great too. I have very curved nails and if they aren't clipped correctly I get ingrowns and extreme pain. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the chairs aren't really comfortable. I have to sit in the taller ones so I'm not all scrunched up and even in those I have a hard time. I will gladly put up with that though to keep going to Maribel. read more

I really hate to do this because I love getting my hair done here Sierra is awesome, but I spent 50.00 getting my nails done ( acrylics) went back two weeks later spent another 30 getting a refill and exactly two weeks later I was doing dishes and my nails started falling off not even breaking just falling off. I called the salon to tell them, never received a call back like I was promised waited a few days and called back and there answer was the owner will do my nails done me for 35.00 instead of 50......WHAT??? I tried explaining to them it wasn't Sierra's fault that they were falling off it was the chemicals...I'm a stay at home mom no strenuous work so why are they just falling off? And why would I put out more money for them to do it again. I'm a loyal customer and for that to be your answer is a shame. I would hate to see if it was my first time going there. Would you offer anything? I will still continue to go to Sierra for my hair but my respect for the owners went out the window. I already dumped 85 into those nails why would I pay another 35???? read more

If you become a Pure Privilege member, you can earn rewards and discounts for purchasing products from the salon. I highly recommend Aveda, the products are all-natural, luxurious to use, and will improve your hair! After moving to the area 11 years ago, and going to a couple of different places looking for a decent cut, I gave up. For some 7-8 years, I cut my own hair and only wore a ponytail. When my grays took over, I tried a home color...YECH is what comes to mind. Well I started looking again, and read a few good reviews about Salon Fabrojae, so I went in for a consultation on what I wanted and what could be done with my horrible hair. Natalia was who I talked with, and the next day I went in to have her fix my color and a new cut. "OMG" doesn't even come close!! What she did was truly a miracle!! I asked to for my natural color again (minus the gray) which is strawberry blond. She took the copper color I had and turned into a multitude of the best colors I thought only nature could provide!!! My now blond hair has blended undertones of red with natural looking highlights of various golds to light blond!! I still can't believe she pulled it off. Natalia also cut and styled my hair so well, that I can't believe it's really my hair!! I can't say enough about how happy I am with my new style and color. Salon Fabrojae will be the only place I go now. Natalia was so nice and understanding of what I was looking to have done. All the people at the Salon were very nice, friendly and accommodating.
