I used to love this place but my last appointment was one of the worst experiences I've had. I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.

They didn't call back all morning, so I called around 11:00am to ask again. A lady answered the phone and I asked if they could take me that afternoon (and said I realized it was last minute). She asked a second lady if they could take me, the second lady responded that they would have to talk about it. The first woman told me they would call me back, she had my number on the caller ID. Guess what!! No call back. Just tell me that you can't schedule an appointment. Don't blow me off! I'm curious how they stay in business when they don't schedule appointments?
