Delicious empanadas with recipes from the local area. Very friendly owner and chef that told us all about each kind. The signs also have English translations. Nice benches near by to sit and enjoy the empanadas in the breeze. We had the sopresatta and cheese, spicy beef, Hawaiian, Argentinian sausage, chocolate, and pumpkin. They were all delicious! Our favorites were the spicy beef, sopressatta, and the pumpkin.

We were in the area and looking for something to eat, and the rows of empanadas looked quite appetizing. There were a ton of savory options to choose from, and the employee there said that the chicken and beef ones were the most popular. They also had 3 sweet options. We got the curry chicken - one empanada is 1.90€, and you can ask them to warm it up for you. We asked for it to be warmed up but the middle was still cold - we should have taken it back to be warmed up more but didn't want to bother since we had already eaten half of it. So I'd ask them to make it extra warm so that the middle isn't cold. The empanada was fine, nothing to write home about, but nothing to waste stomach space on either. It was a pretty standard chicken curry filling, and the pastry dough on the outside was just okay. Some of the savory flavors were: - Beef - Spicy Beef - Chicken - Curry Chicken - Blood Sausage - Argentinian Sausage - Tuna - Thai Vegetables - Ratatouille - Four Cheese - Ham & Cheese This is not a sit-down restaurant, you just get your empanadas and eat on the street or find a nearby bench. This is fine place if you're starving and can't find anything else open, or if you want a quick, light and inexpensive snack. But there are a lot of other better options to be found in Barcelona.

Great place for a snack or light meal or heavy meal of many empanadas. However there is no seating inside this establishment so be ready to eat at the benches outside or on the go. They are portable and small enough not to require a chair at all though. My husband and I went there around 10pm for a snack. I got the beef empanada. He got one beef and one chicken. I recommend the chicken over the beef but there's lots of selections. Ask for it to be very hot. There are some vegetarian options and here are a few flavors I can directly remember off the top of my head... Curry chicken Onion and cheese Vegetables Spicy beef There were about 4 sweet ones as well but I didn't get to try them. There are also bottled drinks for purchase. They do accept credit cards and the gentleman appeared to speak a good amount of English. Cost was very affordable, the ones we got were less than 2 euros each. Will be back again.

BEST EMPANADAS IN BARCELONA!! After trying numerous other empanada shops and stands, we came across this gem. The empanadas are handmade on site and it shows. Fresh, tasty and great flavor options. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We have already come back once and plan to again!

A great place for a tasty take-away treat, and excellent value for money. They specialise in…read morestir-fry noodles, but you can also go for rice, or grab yourself some sushi. Prices start at just €3.50 for for a small take-away box or €4.50 for a biggun. For that, you get stir-fried noodles with fresh vegetables and egg with the sauce of your choice. Delicious. Then if you're feeling greedy or have a hankering for something specific, you can add meat, nuts, tofu or extra veg for €1.30 each. Go grab yourself a box!

Due to the incorrect opening time that was stated on yelp, I had to walk to this restaurant twice…read morebut nevertheless, it was worth it. Btw the opening time is from 12:00 to 23:00 not from 00:00 to 23:00.When I walked to the restaurant, it seemed a bit empty and it was located in an area outside of the city. The restaurant looks nice but there are no chairs to sit down and enjoy the meal. The restaurant is ideal for take away. They offer sushi's and wok dishes. The sushi was stacked up and already packed in boxes. There were already made before hand but I assume they were made on the same day as the sushi tasted really good and the fish didn't smell bad as you would get in some sushi bars. The fish tasted fresh and smooth and the rice had a perfect ratio of rice vinegar and all together it was a really good sushi. It would have been better if the sushi would be prepared in front of you because that gives the customer a pleasant feeling of what he is about to eat. A box of sushi is €5, which is a good price for sushi but I have had much better sushi for this price or a bit lower but €5 was still good for that good sushi. Now to the wok dish, I was happy to see that at least this was made fresh and I was able to see the art of wok cooking. When you oder a wok dish , you will be given a sheet where you can choose what you want to add in your wok dish. There are different types of noodles you can choose between rice noodles, crispy noodles, egg noodles and etc. Adding the preferred sauce is free and you have a variety of choices for sauces. But for choosing the meat and vegetables you want to add, you have to pay an extra €1.30 for each item and you can choose to add chicken, beef, shrimp, mushrooms and etc. An medium box costs €3.50 and an large box cost €4.50 all without the extra. Nevertheless the food tasted good, the staff was nice, you can see an live presentation of the art of cooking Chinese wok. The only downside I had with this restaurant was that the staff were not able to speak English but that isn't a big problem.
