Pros: - I was looking for a bounce house last minute and found LA Party Rent online. I booked on a Wednesday for a party on Saturday, and was able to get a bounce house online immediately. - Bounce house was picked up the next day. Cons: - I emailed right away after realizing I put in the wrong delivery address, around 8:45pm then again next morning around 7am. I decided to call around 9:45am since I haven't heard back from them about the address change. It turns out that they did make the change. I wish I got an email or phone call confirming that they changed it so I wouldn't have been worried all night and morning about it. - I booked the jumper from 2pm-9pm. I called around 2:30pm as the bouncer has not yet been delivered, and they replied that the driver was on route. It finally arrived at 3:10pm. read more

I rented a bounce house, generator, tables, and chairs less than a week before my event, and I was so relieved they were able to accommodate me even though it was so last minute. I found them because they were on the approved list of vendors for the park where my event was held, so the park already had their insurance on file. They had excellent communication and even called me the morning of my event to confirm the time they would arrive. DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!! I paid my $250 upfront and was promised a 10am delivery (1 hour before my toddler's party). At 11am I called and was told they were on the way and should be there any minute. At 11:30am I called and was told the driver would call me. At noon I was given the same story. At 12:45 the driver called me and cussed at me/yelled at me because I wanted to know where he was and why he was 3hrs late. When I complained, they apologized profusely and guaranteed me that I would be getting a full refund. It's been over 10 days. Still no refund. This company will screw you over and ruin your party. Like most of us, I waited last minute for a jumper, tables and chairs. I found them on google randomly and it was so easy to rent everything online. I ordered a castle jumper but got a call the next day letting me know that unfortunately it wasn't available. They asked me if dinosaur's would be good and my nephew loves dinosaurs anyway so why not? The jumper was HUGE and so clean. With COVID still being a thing, I was worried but everything came so spotless. I ordered 4 tables and 40 chairs. They came right on time to drop it off and texted me later on at night to ask what a good time to pick it up would be. I said 9:30 and they were there right at 9:30.
