When I asked about the steak, she said she didn't have it on the order and quickly put it in. When the steak arrived, it came out very quickly. My father-in-law ordered the chaufa, but it wasn't mixed very well, with most of the sauce sitting at the bottom and most of the rice was white, he didn't even noticed until he ate his way to the bottom and noticed. Another pasta dish we ordered was listed as having fettuccine, and the photo showed fettuccine noodles, but it was served with spaghetti instead. I asked for medium heat, which was perfect. This was by far my favorite dish of everything we tried. Ají de Gallina - Shredded chicken stew served with white rice.
