So I've drove by this spot a couple of time and I finally gave it a chance and I was very impressed. Everything is very clean and modern, the owners definitely thought about the theme! I was automatically greeted and helped with my decision. I ended up getting two plates to go, one with rice and beans with pernil and the second with rice beans with bistec. The food was very delicious esp the bistec is was so soft and juicy definitely recommend it. I know this place was good because my mom even complimented the food and she's hard to please. Haha. Also both of these plates were very affordable and we even had food left over. Surprisingly, this place has been open since August and it is still up and running. I spoke to one of the owners and she was so down to earth and wanted her customers happy. She gave me a run down of how they run and all they offer. They deliver, they make large plates for parties and what not. Finally, they have a diverse section of deserts that I need to try because I have a sweet tooth! Can't wait to be back! read more

I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times on door dash , the food is okay - I really enjoy their empanadas: However today I ordered the 3 golpes mangu and it was okay considering it's a Saturday I figured a lot of people were ordering the same dish but as I was eating I found a huge long hair in my food that I was one second from eating if it wasn't for it being so long that it lifted the toppings on top of the mangu. I try to be understanding because we are humans but that was just disgusting. read more

I was driving through Patterson the other day and found 3 Monkeys on Yelp when I wanted to stop for a quick bite. Holy cow I'm so glad I did! All I got were the beans and rice with roasted pork, but I kid you not, some of the best Dominican roasted pork I've ever had. And the small portion (which still totally filled me up) is $5! Do yourselves a favor and go here, I can't wait for the next time I'm in the area so I can go again! read more

I order mofongo with chicken for delivery from uber. 2 things: 1) When I received my food the condiments were places inside my food instead of the bag. I don't understand why it was not inside if the bag. These packets are bought in bulk and everyone touches them, they are full of germs 2) the mofongo was hard, i could mot eat it. i called 2 x to speak with manager but he didn't send me a new order or refund my order. I ordered delivery which came to the wrong address. Then I look at my receipt and I was charged separately for my meal which included 2 sides. I ended up being charged $2 more even though I said pork shoulder meal. The pork meat was dry like it was reheated (I know because I cook it). The quipe were delicious but had a teaspoon of meat in them. read more

Came in to watch some baseball, have a drink and dinner. Left still wanting good food, a cold drink and decent service. Order something simple, just wings. They came out burnt and tasteless. Glad I can check this place off the list. I won't be back!! read more

I literally just left the restaurant & I must say, this was by far the worst Dominican food I've ever had. I live in the area & there are a lot of good restaurants but this isn't one of them. I ordered Mangu, chicken, fried cheese & a small coffee. First off, Mangu was beyond salty. Horribly salty! Chicken was super Dry. And lastly... the coffee was so so sweet. I only had 1 sip and just left it there. Didn't care for it. The worst part of it all, when I told all of the waitresses about the food the one lady says " well next time you come we'll take care of you". That was very unprofessional. Fantastic Service! We came in and sat at the bar - ate some disco fries and pretzels and had a couple of drinks. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We are planning to return for a meal later during the week - just happens to be right across the street from the hotel. read more

Visiting from Orlando with family and friends, we went late on Christmas Eve 2018 and were surprised to walk into an incredibly ambient bar & restaurant.
