This is one of my favorite cafés in the Batignolles neighborhood. It looks pretty unassuming from the outside (notably, it does not have any outdoor seating which a lot of more popular establishments in Paris have), but inside the décor is very charming and cozy. On weekdays the café is pretty popular with people working on their laptops on the free wifi and using the plentiful power outlets. I've definitely found this to be a nice place to get some reading or some work done.
On weekends they offer a brunch, including an amazing granola bowl that is among the best I've ever had. Throughout the week they also have a rotation of tarts, cakes and pastries, often with gluten-free and vegan options. Their drinks are great, with a choice of nondairy milks if you are so inclined, my go-tos being the dirty chaï and the cappuccino. The staff are friendly and take a lot of care with the orders.
Definitely a great place to stop by for coffee, brunch, lunch or just a pastry if you're in the area. The café is conveniently located a short walk from the metro stop Place de Clichy (lines 2 & 13). read more
