My children are ages 2 and 4 have been going to this school since birth. They love going to school every day and their teachers are amazing! My children have learned excellent manners and have developed a love of learning since going to this school. My 2 year old can already count to 10 and sing her alphabet clearly and my 4 year old can't wait to tell me about all the interesting topics he learned at school every day. I was so excited when I found out that I was able to bring my kids here! Then things slowly starting upsetting me...for example, because of covid you have to meet teacher at the door for pick up and drop off. One day when picking up my kids they brought me the wrong child!!! All I could think is what if they did that to my child. What if my child was so excited then heart broken thinking they're going home then finding out their parent was'nt actually! What if the child got in the car of a stranger! There other smaller things that have happened but that issue is one I'm still not over. Very unsettling. read more

If I could this place a 0 I honestly would. One thing I hate is a place that doesn't take the parents concerns seriously. It doesn't matter if you pay top dollar they manage to cut corners. Your child is just a check when you come here. They are unprofessional, have no compassion, & the Administration here sucks! Don't waste your time! read more

My children have been going here since the fall and they love it! My oldest loves taking the bus to and from school and has made many friends and even says she misses her friends when she is not there. My youngest loves it so much that if we drive past it on the weekend and we don't take her, she gets upset. We pulled her from another daycare due to us being unhappy there, my youngest would not even talk to the teachers at her old school. Within 2 days of being here, she was talking to and showed affection to the teachers. They are smiling in the photos and when I check the live video stream of their classrooms, you can see that they both enjoy it. The teachers have all been great. I love the communication to the parents and the caring they show the children. I would definitely recommend! read more

If I could I would give zero stars! My child was in early preschool (2 year old classroom). They have cameras and my husband would watch the cameras. He said the teacher would stand around. One day I picked up my child and there was poop all over her hands. She has a bm early that day so she was walking around and eating with poop on her hands. I pulled my child right away. I have been taking my kids to La Petite for the last 6 years, all the way from infant to school age. I feel like they are an extended family, going above and beyond for myself and my children. My kids love going to daycare and they love their teachers, Ms. Carol, Ms. Kristen, Ms. Kim are great and Ms. Jennifer is a great director. It gives me a great deal of comfort to be able to leave them in a safe and caring environment while I have to work. Even with all the uncertainties these times have brought, I can truly say I trust this center every step of the way and I know that everything they do is in the best interest of my children. I also would love to add that my oldest (age 13) has out grown daycare but she still values all her experiences and memories from being at La petite. They really make this fun for the kids but also teaching them life and educational lessons. I appreciate everything they do! I would recommend this school to any parent looking for child car. read more

My daughter MeKyna came to the school when she was 4 months old. I never sent any of my children to daycare before 3 yrs old. I was TERRIFIED!! I met Jennifer the director who was so great at getting me enroll ASAP. After that I met Valeria who does such an efficient job assisting the director. She would make such a great director. I just love her. Ms Stephanie Cockrell does an amazing job assisting the teachers, she gives MeKyna the best hugs. She checks on MeKyna even if she's not scheduled to be in her class room. She is more than an TA to me. Ms Kayla works in the front office she is great at explaining up and coming events that I need to know about before they happen & I admire the way she remembers my payment amount every time I make a payment. Ms Stephanie Cockrell does an amazing job assisting the teachers, she gives MeKyna the best hugs. She checks on MeKyna even if she's not scheduled to be in her class room. She is more than an TA to me. Ms Kayla & Ms Val made MeKyna's transition to The Toddlers room so smooth & bearable that before she transferred she would stay half the day in the infants room & half the day in the toddler room so that when she went over permanently it wouldn't be such a shock to her. This absolutely helped her when she finally transferred. Meeting MeKyna'a infant teachers for the first time amazingly I wasn't at all nervous. Ms Mellissa Bergschneider & Ms Mellissa Ruppert made me so comfortable & the experience was a story book tale come to life. I allowed these great ladies to put my newborn on a feeding schedule, sleeping schedule & eating schedule. They made my life easier & I would find my self taking notes from Ms B on what to do when I got home because I had no clue!! I was intrigued by the fact that Ms B could tell me what her favorite foods were, things I should by that she enjoys & even things I should keep and eye on with her. I began to think I was just a visitor & Ms B & Ms Mellissa were her parents!! They made me feel overly comfortable I didn't have to worry about anything when at worked. Picking up my daughter after work at times she would want to stay. I was so bless to have had them in MeKyna's life during that time being a new mom I was lost & they gave me all the tools I needed to be a functioning new mom. The rest of the staff are people I really enjoy being around. Mr John Brandonisio is such a amazing teacher & he makes every experience in his class memorable. He goes out of his way to make my kindergartener feel comfortable & loved. MeKyna is now in the Toddlers class's with her awesome teachers Ms Angela Adams & Ms Myra. These two ladies make my daughters day a breeze everyday in her new classroom. She loves everything about them & her new class. I am honored to say my daughter attends such a prestigious school. This staff is more than just a group of people I drop my daughter off to & go to work, they have became & will always be my family and for that I'm grateful. 10 thumbs up for this facility. read more

My daughter and son both attended LaPetite. My daughter is now in 1st grade and was fully prepared for Kindergarten last year because of the curriculum that is taught at LaPetite! My son is in Pre-K now and I can't believe how far he has come in just a few weeks. Love the school and the staff!!!! read more

My daughter attended Pre-k here and just graduated from their Private Kindergarten class. She also attends the before and after school program. She is there a VERY long day and always has a great day. That makes me so happy! The staff is excellent and kind beyond words. They are all so accomidating and really care about the kids. They know them all by name. That blew my mind. My daughter learned so much and i am astonished at how advanced she is in reading, writing, math, etc. I highly recommend this school if you want your child to feel right at home and to get the love they deserve as well as the care and educaiton they need. Couldnt be happier to find La Petite in Plainfield. read more
