Put me in the "sees Chef once, must try a Cubano" camp…read more We had two days to spend in Miami and we wanted to make sure we would get at least one breakfast here. Appears like a large building from the outside but is actually a small quaint space that is clean and well kept. Service was awesome and we felt welcome even though it was quite clear we were tourists traveling in. I imagine this place runs in to out of towners a lot but they treated us kindly and, if we lived here, we would definitely put this spot on rotation. Our sandwiches were amazing. My partner got the one with plantains in it and that one definitely stole the show. I liked my tinta y cafe sandwich, but her's was a star. The cafecito and lattes were on point too and a truly great breakfast meal. Pair that with the rain pouring down outside it made for a truly memorable experience and quick bite.

Truly one of its kind, Tinta y Cafe has some of the most delicious cuban-style sandwiches in town…read more Not just that, but for the price-point, variety, and quality; it doesn't compare to many in town. My go to and my suggestion if you are a first timer is their madurito. It is one of their classics and most beloved, and a personal favorite too. When I go by myself and order the mini, I tend to have left overs and I have found that when I go with my partner, the regular is more than enough for both! Each sandwich somes with some platanitos, which are a perfect combo, and I would suggest you order un jugo de parchita (or maracuya) or try their beloved coffee. As a matcha lover, I recently heard they started offering matcha as well which I am SO excited to try. P.S., keep in mind that they don't allow laptops and I feel like they might even have a wifi blocker since signal gets so bad inside, but I really appreciate how it motivates you to remain very present and connect with the staff and other customers around you.

Came for the bacon, egg, and cheese... and left thinking about that banana cookie all day…read more The sandwich was exactly what I needed. It was warm, savory, and satisfying. But the banana cookie? Easily one of the best cookies I've had in a long time. It had that perfect crisp, crunchy texture (which I love), with great flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. I wasn't expecting it to steal the show, but it absolutely did. I'll be back just to work my way through the rest of their baked goods. I also tried the oat milk matcha latte with honey lavender. It was good. Smooth, lightly floral, and not overly sweet. Nothing to brag about though. I pulled up right at opening and there was already a line, which is always a good sign. Thankfully, the team has a super efficient system, so it moves quickly. I got there at 8:00 and was out by 8:17 with everything in hand. Not bad at all. Can't speak for peak hours, but mornings seem manageable. The setup is a small food truck, but the design is clean and aesthetic. It still gives that cozy coffee shop feel despite being in a parking lot. Bonus points for the ample free parking (always a win). Safe to say, I'll definitely be back.

I ordered an iced brown sugar cinnamon latte and it was literally the perfect balance; sweet but you can still actually taste the coffee. The banana walnut bread??? TO. DIE. FOR. I make a very good banana bread myself, but this one?? WOW. Even my son really had the nerve to say, "yeah mom, I think this one beat you" just still dreaming about the next time that banana bread and I meet again.

We probably had 3 different servers, I loved how they all worked together. They were all friendly and polite; Alegra was the one we talked to the most, she was terrific. On to the food, we loved it! We had a Morrocan Spice Avo Toast with a poached egg, it was delicious!! Had to take half home. We also ordered Pope Benedict and WOW was it good. The hash browns were crispy, the eggs were perfect and the cauliflower purée delicious. I wanted there to be more of it! We also had a perfectly made latte served in a glass who I love and a calming refresher, so good. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go! Can't wait to go back and try other things.

Block East from Versailles Parking resulted a little difficult given that this place is located in a small strip mall with limited spaces and other visit business, if lucky you will find a spot on the rear area or wait for a space to become available Entrance by the deli is narrow and crowded, the deli is well stocked, its impossible or leave empty hand My ordering process (one item to go) was easy despite the crowded entrance Waiting time resulted a little bit excessive ( they seem operating in a busy schedule ) This could definitively improve. The basque cheesecake portion was smaller than other similar business I had ordered from The taste is sweet, creamy, velvety and balanced Recommended I will come back to try the tapas in a less busiest time. To evaluate the service and dining experience.

The chicken empanada was really good. The coffee was a disappointing. The barista used old foam (whipped expresso) from a previous batch. My sister ordered hers with oat milk and I ordered mine with regular milk. After the barista finished he was like which one likes it sweeter and I said me and he tried to give me my sister's coffee and we both said no? Because of the milk. He said they both tasted sweet anyways. Mine was slightly darker and I had to add sugar on mine to make it taste decent. The empanada definitely saved them and is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. But the customer service was not up to par.

I got the croissant in Miami & it was delicious, I love that they have salad as a side option for breakfast. Everything was very fresh and the guava jam was the perfect addition! My husband has the country scramble and loved it. He paired it with their homemade hot sauce that was super fresh and tasty. I had a latte with oat milk that was perfect & my husband said the american coffee was also a very good brew, low acidity.
