I Showed up with reservations in my name and had the email to prove it. But there system is so bad it only shows booked through my hubbies rewards account and not the name it was assigned to . Place was a dump. In from out of town wanted a hotel with pool for the grand daughter but got a swamp. Pool was disgusting full of brown alge. The room was bad as well. The bathroom door was broke wouldn't close the show had black mold in the corners and along the track. The toilet look new however the seat had to be found in the trash or alley on a toilet someone threw out. Finally used eating utensil were found on the floor from previous occupants. If you're coming to this town for anything and need to overnight don't do it here. read more

We stopped here instead of in Tulsa and I'm so glad we did. The front desk staff is really friendly and attentive when we needed them. The rooms are very clean and seem to be well taken care of. Things look good when you first walk in but they need to step up the cleaning especially during these times! There is mold growing on the air conditioner, the tables and headboard are disgusting they don't clean under or behind things I'm positive they don't vacuum. They say they are practicing safety measures they mean they closed the pool that's all don't waste your money here -.- read more

The pet policy was not correct. We brought our 2 dogs and were charged $40 per night. The policy stated $20 per night on one site and another stated $40 for the entire stay. The surprise fees are very frustrating. If bringing pets better call close to check in and make sure they haven't changed the policy again. read more

Very clean room, but the breakfast was literally a muffin and an apple. Quit using Covid as an excuse to be cheap. At almost 2 years into this pandemic, we've seen hotels across the country back to serving regular breakfasts, so that's no longer a valid excuse. Also, the train running through town woke us up a few times during the night, so for that reason alone we will not stay there again. read more

My husband and I love staying at La Quinta Hotels - first - pet friendly. Second you can always count on comfortable rooms and great staff. However, this particular La Quinta Inn went the extra mile - they actually called us after coming to the room to make sure we were comfortable and the room met our expectation and needs! It was one of the best night's sleep we have had on our several states trip. The breakfast was really tasty and had a lot of variety - something you don't always see. This was appreciated. We will definitely revisit this hotel if we are traveling through the area. read more

No noise insulation from the very loud live music playing outside (apparently from a nearby restaurant)?! Shady looking people loitering around the side entrance. Room smelled moldy. I stopped here on my way across the country during a military move from one coast to the other. The room is reasonably clean (not perfect, but acceptable,) but at 7:45 at night there is a party going on downstairs that can clearly be heard in my room. The base of the music is terrifying my cats, and after being on the road for thirteen hours, the noise is the very last thing I want. I'd hoped to get an early start in the morning, but there I way I'm going to be able to sleep through the noise of music and kids yelling. read more

I've stayed here twice. The rate is reasonable, the room is clean, and the beds are comfortable.

We are traveling across country to get home in CNY during the pandemic. We have had 2 wonderful La Quinta experiences; this was not one of them. We were not informed that our dog would be an extra charge, the room was not deeply cleaned (I am recleaning every room to be extra careful and this one actually was dusty in places), the tub had no stopper and there apparently were no solutions to that and there was no shield at the front desk. The woman at the desk was not wearing a mask. I would not recommend this hotel. There seems to be little interest in keeping the quests comfortable read more

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room, pet friendly, very good breakfast; however, the bed pillows are so frigging hard and thin! I am a side sleeper and even using two pillows my neck was horribly positioned and my outer ear actually ached after only a few moments of trying to sleep. We were staying two nights so, I went down the street to Walmart and bought a new pillow rather than suffering through another night fighting the concrete slab disguised as a pillow. read more

Expedia.com had messed up my Mother and I's reservation when we arrived at this motel. Shelby was QUICK to try and make things right and she succeeded. Not only getting our reservation corrected but even gave us a larger room for our inconvenience. We were VERY pleased with our room but especially with Shelbys follow through, even calling us to see how we liked our room. Highly recommend this La Quinta and ask for Shelby! read more

We booked two rooms for the weekend, one for us and one for our grown children. They have only been open about six weeks, so there were a few bugs that needed to be worked out, but the rooms were very nice and the staff professional and friendly. I would have given it 5 stars except they are pet friendly and someone left their yappy dog alone in the room below us and it barked for over three hours. The staff said they received numerous complaints and had been trying to reach the owners. Once the owners came back, the barking stopped. The beds and comforters were the best I can recall in a hotel. Slept great! We reserved the rooms with a credit card, but paid cash with no problems. The rooms were around $90/night. We will be staying there again in future trips to Claremore. read more

I think this hotel should be under new management I saw one of the staff members on her phone at the front desk as I waited for her to check me in. Then I found a cigarette but in one of the rooms along with lots of dog hair. I wouldn't recommend la Quinta to anyone ,well atleast the one in Claremore that's is ...I've stayed at other la Quinta's but they were not this disgusting. The bathrooms are gross and the AC never seems to work. Housekeeping is rude they don't say goodmorning or ever greet me. read more

Arrived around 7:45pm on Oct 3rd. Manager on staff was talking on her cell when we arrived, ignored for about 2 min. Ok whatever on that, however she stayed on her phone the whole time talking to I'm guessing her daughter while attempting to train someone new. Checked in, went up to the room and found a cockroach in the room hanging out on the fridge. Went down stairs filed a complaint. They moved us a few doors down from the infested room. Had my brother and I not been exhausted from driving 14 hours we would have kept driving to another location or hotel that took dogs. Then charged full price for our stay. read more

This La Quinta is beautiful! Outside and the inside still look 100% brand new. It is being maintained exception all well. The location is close to highway and within a few miles of a shopping center incase you forgot something. Also near to many restaurants. Quiet and safe location. Check in was very simple and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Coffee is available 24 hours along with cookies! Major bonus! My room was great. The bathroom was very large and very clean. We got a room with a sleeper sofa. We didn't use the pullout but it was nice to have the separate area with a couch and a small table. There was a very large desk in the room that was great for doing work on. The bed was very comfortable. Good room to relax and feel at home. I did not feel cramped at all. I loved having room to actually relax and not have to be on the bed the whole time. I had a dog with me and there was a decent amount of room to walk your 4 legged friend. The road that the hotel is located on does not have much traffic; it is a road that runs parallel to the main road. Breakfast was very good! This is more than you expect for a free breakfast. Waffle maker, 3 types of cereal, fruits, eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, and assorted pastries. The coffer is very good. I didn't have any juice. I ate breakfast late and the staff was nice enough to let me know they would be wrapping up in 10 minutes, so I if I waned something else to grab it. Simple gym with 3 cardio machines, weights, floor mats, water, towels and a TV. Very clean and well maintained. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice! Overall I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is super nice. read more

Bathroom is gross, hopefully I can upload the pictures. I booked on Expedia and was charged $181.11 and upon check in I was charged again $150.98 by the hotel (for supposed incidentals). This is my second day here and so far I have been charged $332.09 for a room that was supposed to be $82 a night for a tidy but poorly cleaned room that has been making me sneeze since I got into my room and I am pretty sure I know what it is considering the dog down the hall that has barked on and off through the night. read more
