This place has both retail and professional florist customers (you can tell because their racks are always stacked vs. my three bunches haha). Last time I came on a Friday close to Valentine's Day and it was so busy but everyone was as helpful and nice to me as they are to some of the bigger florist customers who probably spend wayyyy more money than me.
