They did the florals for my wedding, and everything was insanely perfect, from my bouquet, to the centerpieces, the check-in table, the boutonnières, the chuppah, the draping on the chuppah, the flowers on the chairs, and the petals lining the aisle. Every single detail was stunning. The owner took the time to really get to know me, understand my vision, and walk me through the different flowers, colors, and design options. My vision was to create fairytale vibes, for it to be soft, whimsical and romantic, and she helped me create the absolute perfect floral look for that dream. She did not just deliver, she completely understood the assignment. She was lovely, kind, attentive, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. I truly could not imagine it any other way. *Beware of this Flower Shop!** We recently ordered a funeral spray for the husband of one of our friends. We found a suitable option on this shop's website for $189 and decided to upgrade it, asking them to use ONLY white lilies and roses, along with some greenery to cover the frame and leaves for the edges. Our budget was $250. Diana, the store's owner, agreed to do exactly what we wanted. She said that she would specially order fully bloomed lilies and roses from Downtown, as she didn't have them in stock. This price was supposed to include taxes, delivery, and a black funeral ribbon with the inscription we requested. When we received a photo of the spray she made, we were shocked. It looked nothing like what we ordered (even though we paid extra for it!). There were many other flowers added, but hardly any fully bloomed lilies or roses. It was mostly filled with greenery, and there was a large bunch of unopened lilies. Instead of the funeral black ribbon we requested, she used a white ribbon and the inscription was done unprofessionally with a regular pen. When I confronted her about this, Diana claimed that she had warned me there wouldn't be fully bloomed lilies, and that she would add other flowers. None of this was true. To prove my point, I sent her screenshots of our conversation where it was clear what we ordered, but she stopped responding entirely. I'm attaching several photos for reference: 1. The first photo Text messages between owner and customer stating exactly what we asked for. 2. The second photo is from the store's website, showing the wreath we chose. 3. The third photos show what we actually received, just for comparison. 4. The fourth photo is the ribbon with the arrangement. Which was supposed to be black due to funeral. (Common sense for ribbon to be black) Words were written in pen instead of painted or acrylic how professionals usually do it. I'm also including screenshots of my original order and our conversation to highlight the clear misunderstanding and lack of agreement on what we wanted. Additionally, I had to remind her for several days to send me an invoice for the order. When I finally received it a week later, it only mentioned a "white standing spray," which was not what we ordered at all! We absolutely do not recommend this shop. This time they sent the wrong color, which mightve been OK except the recipient hates pink (I ordered lavender). Sent them photon of b ouquet and Diana's told me something was wrong with my camera/photo. Then they couldn't produce their own photo (convenient). Then then tried to tell me the changes were within substitution policy even though their policy clearly states they will maintain the COLOR requested.
