We finally found the place by asking locals in the area. There are a lot of stairs required to reach the restaurant so it's definitely not accessible or stroller friendly, however we decided to lug the stroller up so we could enjoy the meal. Once we finally found the place, it definitely did not disappoint. The food was stellar, as was the view and atmosphere. I had scallops and my husband had the fillet of beef. Our server, Caroline, was outstanding and super accommodating! One of the reviewers commented on portion size - I'd say the portion size was too small for me.
