    Absolutely abysmal organization and customer service from the staples print centre in kirkland…read more I've never been this frustrated and stressed out - and all over a simple order. If you can avoid them, please go elsewhere! 1. The calendar i initially ordered wasn't going to be delivered in time 2. Contacted store, who told me same thing. I asked to cancel 3. Store told me to order it with different location instead, that it would be done in time no problem. I ask them to cancel my order with them and they confirm they will 4. I order with other location, call them and ask if it would indeed be okay in the timeframe 5. They confirm, i believe all is well 6. I call monday to check in, only to be told by different associate that the type of calendar i ordered cant be rushed as they don't even make it in store 7. I ask them to cancel it then, they say they cant do that either, that I have to email customer service 8. I go online to see my orders and find out that my first order was never cancelled either.... 9. I contact customer service, they say it is cancelled, but to refund me I must go in person to each store 10. I refuse, as that's simply ridiculous (one is in kirkland, one is in ddo, going to both would take me at least half a day literally). They say they can't refund me because they dont keep card info 'for security reasons' 11. I refuse again and finally they agree to refund me. 12. I find a different type of calendar that has a 'same day' option. It says orders before 12pm can be picked up before 6pm, and that orders after 12pm can be picked up before 6pm the next day. I put my order in last night. 13. I call around 2:30pm to check on the status and see if i can go pick it up. The employee says they dont know and that the print department is too busy to take calls, and that I should call back in a few hours. 14. I call back at 5pm, with no one answering the phone. I alternate calling the store and calling the print dept of the store. Neither answers at all. 15. They close at 6pm. Still no answer and no updates by email either. 16. I call staples customer service (number given in email) only to be told to call the store. I explain what I've done and that they are closed. They say they can write them an email, and that they should respond within 2 business days...which would be too late. They also cannot cancel my order or do anything. 17. I wrote another email to customer service, no response 18. I wake up to an email telling me my order is cancelled...by customer request!! I did no such thing!

    The owner Mohammed used to run an electronics repair workshop out of an Indian clothing store on…read moreDonegani back in 2012 under the name Dono Repairs. He claimed that he could fix PS3 YLoD (yellow light of death) motherboard issue and that he had the right equipment to do so. That turned out to be a lie as all the machines he fixed broke again. I concluded my business with him and washed my hands of him only for him to show up at my store in 2018 all smiles like nothing happened, asking if I'd like to partner with him again. You can imagine my response. A quick online showed me that they opened up a proper store front in 2016 so I posted a bad review on Google Maps. They called me days later claiming the only Mohammed working there was a then 16-year-old boy (they're using child labor?) and that my bad review somehow constitutes harassment (it doesn't). Assuming all those glowing reviews aren't completely fake, it seems like he's hired or at least partnered with competent technicians. But he's still offering ridiculously low prices for PS3 motherboard repairs to the general public, which means he's still cutting corners in some places. Let the buyer beware The Owner replied: "Mr. Joel, according to our records, DONO Electronique has never done business with you and do not have you as client. Sounds more like jealously. This is purely false accusation. We will not tolerate hate. Our work and our satisfied clients talks for itself. I wish you success and have yourself a good day." Of course calling them on their BS counts as hate nowadays. Why would I hate a guy for screwing me? And then pretending to not know who I am, especially after the last bad review I left them? I'm not jealous, I'm disgusted. Oh, and one of his goons called to say that if I continue posting "jealous" bad reviews, that my store won't have windows. He said this to me on speakerphone while I was at my store in the presence of witnesses. Private number or not, we'll see what the police has to say about that.
