From the intentional decorum, warm ambiance and perfectly prepared and presented dishes, it's easy to see the passion and skill the chef has in the kitchen. If you're looking for something fresh, seasonal and a creative take on traditional French cuisine -- this is your place. It was the highlight of our trip. We would've gone back the next day, but they're closed on Sundays. We had lunch there, so we can't speak for the dinner prices, but the lunch prices were excellent, especially for France.

The chef formerly worked at La Benaton another Michelin restaurant in the area before opening this restaurant as his own venture. La Superb is small, chic and modern. We sat at the counter.
