The chicken fell apart without so much as touching it with a knife, and the preserved lemons were a treat as I've never had them before. My husband was given couscous that we could easily have shared and not finished. I mean, it was seriously a mountain of food. He says the lamb was tender and spiced perfectly, and the broth was also tasty. Couscous was perfect, of course. Nice and fluffy. The house wine was intense, in my opinion.
