It was clear that there was one waitress and she was quite busy. Once she came to our table she was completely attentive and so charming, we learned that she and her husband (The Chef) are the owners. Her wine recommendation was perfect. I ordered the leg of chicken with white and green asparagus which was about the best chicken I've ever had. My friend ordered the Pigeon with foie gras, truly elegant.
